The O'Neill Ph.D. Student Association of the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs is a student organization of Indiana University. OPSA provides opportunities for O’Neill doctoral students to connect, represents O’Neill doctoral students within the O’Neill community, and organizes an annual conference for doctoral and masters students to present their work within the O’Neill community.
OPSA hosts a conference for Ph.D. students in the spring semester every year wherein faculty and students come together to discuss students' research via panels and posters.
